Eighth & Eight (The Massey Theatre Arts Complex) is under renovation and renewal this year, inside and out. Access to studio spaces is somewhat intermittent as the construction progresses. While our spaces are being upgraded and improved, we will be working on new programs to launch when the renovations wrap up.

We are excited to update our approaches to community and artist engagement over the coming months. We are aiming to roll out opportunities in the fall of 2026.

Massey Theatre and some creative spaces remain open, so please inquire about short term rentals. In July, August and September 2026 the facility will be inaccessible, in full closure, for the lobby and entrances to be upgraded. We will be busy working on plans for the future.
